Mindful movement to transform the way
My name is Alejandra. I’m a curious soul, a lifelong learner, and someone who believes that mindful movement has the power to transform the way we experience ourselves and the world around us.
I found yoga at a time when I was looking for a space without competition—a place where I could simply breathe, feel, and listen. Through the practice, I discovered much more than physical movement. It became a path of self-awareness that continues to teach me how to understand myself more deeply, connect with others more authentically, and prioritize my health, well-being, and inner balance.
Over the years, my passion for movement naturally expanded into Reformer Pilates. While each practice has its own unique approach, I see both as powerful tools to build strength, improve mobility, cultivate body awareness, and create a more balanced relationship with ourselves. They help us regulate our energy, find stability amidst the demands of everyday life, and move with greater intention—both on and off the mat.
My intention is to offer classes that feel supportive, accessible, and empowering, where students can explore their own practice, challenge themselves with kindness, and leave feeling stronger, more grounded, and more connected.
