Kundalini Yoga & Meditation

How did I become a yoga teacher? Yoga was the last thing on my mind in my earlier years, seeking the thrill of adventurous sports. A crash with my paraglider a few years ago put a temporary end to my mobility. I turned to yoga – and not only has it helped me regain my flexibility, it has also become an integral part of my life. So much more than just a means to exercise my body and mind, it brings balance and flow to my entire life. I have rediscovered my spirituality in the most down-to-earth way. It has evoked a need to learn more about these ancient tools and technologies, where they come from and the way they have been portrayed in the West, and has eventually led me on a journey of various styles of yoga and meditation. This is what I'm inspired to share with you. I teach in English and German.

RYT-300H Yoga Veda Lucerne (Hatha/Iyengar/Anusara/Kundalini) in December 2019

and regular workshops to learn from the likes of Anand Mehrotra, Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa, Kia Miller and Tommy Rosen.
